Lauren left RI at the end of May, picked up her friend Chris in NY and spent the next week or two heading West, destination Seattle where they will spend the summer with some good friends from college. Lauren has found a job teaching pottery to little ones and is taking pottery and painting classes in downtown Seattle. Who knows what Fall will bring but they are enjoying clear sunny skies in WA with lots of hiking and biking and tossing frisbees to Barkely.
The stuff this country is made of: Green men and Buffalos, Bullet holes in Welcome signs, BadLands and Mountain peaks, Chicago Cubs and Prairie Dogs, not to mention "The Corn Palace".
